Joseph A. Martinez President, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Joe has been President and CEO of PDS and its affiliated companies, since its inception in 1987. After leaving his hometown of Mora, New Mexico, Joe graduated from the
University of Albuquerque with a B.S. degree in Economics. He served a tour of duty in Vietnam, attended graduate school at the University of New Mexico where he received his
MBA and JD degrees. He worked for 10 years in Washington, D.C. in law, marketing and sales, gaining expertise in selling computer services to the federal government. Joe has
proven to be a true entrepreneur in founding the companies of PDS, PDFS, PDCS, Sagacitix, SabiOso, Technology Transfer Solutions, and most recently, Guardian Technology, LLC
Joe's companies have garnered many awards and have been on the Inc. 500 "Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S." twice and recently, the "Top 50 Hispanic Owned Companies in
the U.S."

Gary R. Hadfield Chief Operating Officer
Gary currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Guardian Technology, LLC and its parent company, SabiOso. While attending Weber State
University he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Logistics Management and Accounting. Since graduating he has continued his professional development by earning certifications
in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) through the American Production and Inventory Control Society. He has also achieved
his designation as a TOC Jonah.
Gary brings to the company a wealth of knowledge in many areas. His professional life has spanned a variety of roles including positions as Vice President of Operations,
Director of Business Development, Director of Customer Relations and Distribution, Supply Chain Engineer, Distribution Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Program Manager,
and International Logistics Analyst.

Michael Hohl Director of Sales
Michael Hohl currently works at the Director of Sales for the company where he leads various initiatives to grow the enterprise. He is passionate about the opportunities and the new technologies which we are bringing to market and is excited to introduce them to our customers.
After completing studies at Westminster College and Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Aviation Management, Mike worked in various sales and entrepreneurial efforts.
He comes to us after many successful years as Northwest Bureau Manager at PR Newswire in Seattle. While with PR Newswire, Mike's sales, leadership and business expertise helped him make the office and sales team the top producing territory in the country. He created many lucrative relationships and directly negotiated contracts with Microsoft, Nike, Boeing, Real Networks, and Alaska Airlines.
Michael has served in various positions during his professional life including VP of Sales, Director of Marketing, and Senior Account Manager. Throughout his career he has demonstrated an ability to lead out in areas of emerging technology. Early in his career he helped develop the first pre-owned fractional aircraft ownership program in the United States and sold shares of corporate jets to clients across the country. During this time Michael also found time to work as a pilot flying for AirMed in Salt Lake City. Among other interests, he is an avid golfer, musician and family man.
